This Privacy Policy explains how B2B Boosted (“Unlock GTME”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information in connection with the website unlockgtme.com, the Unlock GTME membership community, the AI coach, and the lead-list data library (together, the “Services”).

AI coach note: prompts and uploaded files are sent to third-party model providers (e.g., OpenAI, OpenRouter) to generate responses. Do not paste confidential or special-category personal data into the coach. Where you supply your own API keys, they are encrypted at rest.

As part of the membership, we make business-to-business contact and company datasets available to active members for their own lawful prospecting. These datasets may include business contact details such as name, business email, business phone, job title, employer, and company firmographics.
Our role and basis. We process this data for B2B relationship-building and direct-marketing purposes, relying on legitimate interests (and, where applicable, members act as independent controllers for their own outreach under our Data Use Agreement). Members must agree, before any download, to use the data only for lawful B2B outreach and to comply with applicable laws (including CAN-SPAM, GDPR/UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and the TCPA) and to honor opt-outs.
We restrict the data we publish. We focus on company-level and US-scoped business records and withhold higher-risk categories. Datasets are provided to authenticated members only — not published openly.
Your rights & opt-out (data subjects). If you appear in a dataset, you may ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, or to stop processing it. Email privacy@b2b-boosted.com with the email address and/or phone number to suppress. We will add your details to our suppression list and remove matching records from the library on its next update, and we will instruct against further distribution.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information: to opt out, email privacy@b2b-boosted.com with the subject “Do Not Sell or Share.” Because we make B2B contact datasets available to members, some disclosures may be considered a “sale” or “share” under California law; we honor opt-out and deletion requests as described above.
Data broker note: to the extent we qualify as a “data broker” under California, Texas, Oregon, or Vermont law, we will register and comply as required.
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests, and lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it anytime.

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Account data is retained while your membership is active and for a reasonable period afterward. Suppression-list entries are retained so we can keep honoring your opt-out.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures (including encryption of sensitive credentials at rest, access controls, and gated downloads via short-lived links). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We are based in the United Kingdom and may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) for cross-border transfers.
The Services are for business users and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
